How satisfied are our customers with CERTEX?

We have answered this question with our annual customer satisfaction survey. Here is our result:

Digitalisation is a fundamental part of CERTEX. We strive to continuously drive the digital transformation and support our customers into digitalisation. Here we achieved a score of 7.73 out of a total of 10 points. In the future, we will continue to take various measures to meet the requirements of the digital transformation.

Sustainability is part of our DNA at CERTEX. We are continuously working on the efficient use of all resources that serve to reduce environmental impacts. Here we reached 7.85 points.

As a preferred provider of standardised and, above all, individual lifting solutions, we feel obliged to offer our customers the highest standard of customer service. Here we proudly present a score of 9.07.

We offer over 10,000 products in the field of lifting technology. These help us to provide our customers the best solution for their lifting needs. With a score of 8.55, we also achieved a very positive result within this matter.
